The process is extremely easy.

Complete quick enquiry form on the right & you are on your way

  • We will then contact you to confirm all the details and arrange a quick cash property sale.
  • The affiliate will then provide a free of charge RICS valuation on the property.
  • We will then instruct our solicitor to start working to get to completion and then provide you with the cash.

It could not be simpler and hassle free. Through out the whole process, you will be kept informed about the progress and we will answer any question that you may have.

To start the process, user our valuation form to submit your property details or request a call back. Please try to complete the details as accurately as possible. Once we have your details, our team will be in touch with you to verify the details provided and start the process.

We will generally pay between 70% & 85% of the current market value. The offer will be below your local estate agent valuation but this is the price we will happy to pay in CASH!
